We make the software your business runs on.
Stuntrocket is an AI and software studio in Leeds, working with established UK businesses. Bring us the problem; we'll recommend the right approach and build it.
Websites, internal systems and digital products.
We make customer-facing websites and shops, connect the systems your team relies on, and turn new services into usable products.
A project can combine all three. We use AI where it improves the result.
- Better customer experiences Websites, online shops, booking and enquiry journeys, customer portals, and assistants that answer from your own content.
- Better internal operations Internal tools, connections between the systems you already use, reports that write themselves, and carefully controlled automation.
- New digital products Bespoke platforms, web products customers pay for, working first versions, and desktop applications for Mac and Windows.
Better customer experiences
Your customers want to understand what you offer, choose the right thing, enquire, book or buy, and get help when they need it. Somewhere along that route, the current website or system makes them work harder than they should, and some of them give up.
We rebuild the route around the customer, so the next step is always obvious and more of them finish what they started.
- A website that explains, then converts
- Clear pages, a route to enquiry that works on a phone, and search visibility kept intact.
- An online shop that's quick to buy from
- Faster pages, clearer choices, trade accounts and fewer abandoned baskets.
- Booking, quoting and enquiry journeys
- The route from interest to a firm booking or quote, in fewer steps.
- A customer portal
- Orders, documents and account details customers can see and manage themselves.
- An assistant that answers from your content
- Product questions answered from your real catalogue, with a person a click away.
Better internal operations
The work that keeps the business running has spread across more places than anyone chose: an inbox that became a queue, a shared folder nobody quite trusts, three systems that hold the same customer's details differently. Your team carries the gaps by hand.
We join up what should be joined and take the repeated steps off your team, so the next action is obvious and a person still decides anything that matters.
- An internal tool built around your process
- Quotes, jobs, stock, approvals: one place, laid out the way your team actually works.
- Connections between the systems you already pay for
- Your shop, accounts, CRM and calendar sharing data instead of your staff re-typing it.
- Reports that write themselves
- The Monday summary, the overdue list, the month-end pack, drafted for a person to check.
- Carefully controlled automation
- AI reads, sorts and drafts. Agreed actions run on their own. A person approves the rest.
New digital products
Some businesses are sitting on a service, a process or an idea that deserves to be a product: something customers would pay for, or a tool other teams would use, if it existed as dependable software.
We design and build it, from a first working version you can put in front of real users to a product that runs day in, day out. It belongs to you from the day it ships.
- A bespoke platform
- The system your service runs on, built for how the business works rather than bent around an off-the-shelf tool.
- A web product customers pay for
- Accounts, payments and the features customers need to use your service.
- A working first version
- Enough to test the idea with real users before the bigger investment.
- A desktop application
- A focused tool for Mac and Windows, for the jobs a browser tab handles badly.
AI goes where
it earns its place.
Most projects now have AI in them somewhere, and it's rarely the headline.
Reads and sorts what comes in
Enquiries, orders, documents and messages, sorted and routed before anyone opens them.
Pulls the facts out of documents
Invoices, forms, spreadsheets and PDFs turned into records your systems can use.
Answers from your own content
Customers and staff get answers from your catalogue, your prices and your handbook, not the open internet.
Completes agreed actions in your systems
Adds the item to the basket, raises the ticket, updates the record. A person approves what matters.
Customer experience and operations often overlap.
A booking problem is rarely just the website, and an operations problem often shows up first as a customer complaint. Start with the part that costs you most: tell us what needs to work better, and we'll recommend what to tackle first, in writing, with a cost you can see before any substantial work begins.
Twenty minutes on a call, on us, to hear what’s going on. The written plan comes after, for projects large enough to need one.
Established businesses that have outgrown their tools.
Most are between five and five hundred people, anywhere in the UK: retailers and makers, professional practices, holiday lets, recruiters, platforms that serve other businesses. Each one links to its case study.
- Upholstery, Leeds Stringer Brothers An online shop where customers choose sizes, fabrics and colours, then pay.
- Villa rentals Forever Algarve A villa website that moves visitors from browsing to enquiry.
- Recruitment The Clever Fish A recruitment website for employers and candidates, with searchable vacancies.
- Heating, ecommerce Geyser Radiators A faster specialist shop, with trade accounts and Google Shopping added.
- Car buying ADM Car Buying A direct route from interested visitor to a useful enquiry.
- Gaming platform Sticky Piston A game-switching prototype used for several years, then a platform connected to their own systems.
The questions we hear most
on a first call.
Yes, and it often should. The way customers reach you and the way your team handles what comes in are usually the same journey seen from two ends. We plan them together and build in the order that pays back soonest.
Usually, yes. We start by looking at what's in place: your website, accounts, CRM, booking system, spreadsheets. Where a connection does the job, we build the connection. Where a tool has run out of road, we'll say so and explain the alternatives.
Then we won't recommend it. Plenty of what we build has no AI in it at all. The written recommendation says what will fix the problem, and why.
One short call, a clear next step.
