AI takes the repeat work. You keep the decisions.
Stuntrocket is an AI and software studio in Leeds. We take one repeated task in your business, such as sorting enquiries, reading paperwork or answering common questions, and build something that handles it, so your team stop doing it by hand. You own what we build: the working tool, its written instructions and its access.
What we doAI services
We build AI that takes on
Whether that’s a written review of where AI fits, a tool that handles one task every day, or answers pulled from your own documents, it starts with one conversation about what’s actually slowing you down.
Come in to the work that needs you.
Routine tasks can run before you sit down, from sorting enquiries to preparing invoice reminders. Your team reviews the drafts and decisions that need approval.
- Enquiry sorted and routed
- Supplier invoice read and filed
- “Do you cover Harrogate?” answered
- Invoice reminder drafted for approval
- Order details lifted from a PDF
- Refund spike flagged for a look
- Failed booking flagged
An example morning. Routine tasks followed agreed rules; the invoice reminder is a draft awaiting approval. These two need your judgement.
Quote request: bespoke job
It needs a price only you can put on it.
Complaint about a late delivery
It needs someone who can actually put it right.
The kind of work AI takes on.
Six examples rather than a menu, because the one worth doing is usually specific to your business. If none of these matches your week, the free five-minute AI self-check will point you somewhere, or you can check whether AI tools mention your business.

Find an idea that fitsThe difference shows up in an ordinary week.
Time is the one everybody expects. In practice it’s rarely the one that matters most.
Customers hear back while they still care.
A reply that arrives in minutes rather than two days is often the whole difference between winning the work and losing it to whoever answered first.
Routine checks follow the same steps.
A tool can apply agreed checks to each order, form or document and flag exceptions for your team to review.
Handle more routine work with the team you have.
Reducing repeated admin can give your team more time for customers and complex work. We agree what improvement to measure before the project starts.
Fewer things typed wrong, fewer follow-ups forgotten, and the answers that live in one experienced head available to everyone. Those come with it rather than instead of it.
You keep the decisions that matter.
We agree what can run automatically, what needs approval and what stays with your team. Routine actions follow agreed rules; sensitive messages and decisions wait for a person.
Routine steps follow agreed rules
Repeated tasks with clear limits and a way to flag exceptions for review.
- Sorting new enquiries
- Filing paperwork
- Pulling order details out of a PDF
You see it before anyone else does
Messages and actions that need your judgement or would be difficult to take back. We agree the approval points before work starts.
- Replies to enquiries
- Quotes and estimates
- Chasing an unpaid invoice
We’ll tell you to keep this
Judgement, relationships, and anything where being wrong costs you a customer. We’d rather say so than sell you a tool for it.
- Setting your prices
- Hiring someone
- Saying no to a job
- A difficult phone call
AI already runs in two products we built.
Both are ours: we own them, we run them, and we carry the cost when the AI gets it wrong. Each one started with a task that grew faster than the people doing it.

The things people worry about before they ask.
Every one of these has come up on a first call. None of them is a daft question.
Will it just make things up?
It can. We use your documents and systems to give it relevant information, then test its answers against real examples. We agree which outputs need approval and which can reach customers automatically, such as answers from a catalogue or a generated assessment report. Using your content reduces mistakes; it does not remove them.
Is our business data safe?
We limit what each tool can see to only the information it needs for its job. Where data shouldn’t leave the business at all, it doesn’t: some of what we build runs on your own machines. You’ll know exactly what goes where before we build anything.
Are we going to have to let people go?
We focus on the tasks you want to reduce and plan the changes with your team. Decisions about roles and staffing remain with your business.
What if it stops suiting us later?
The tool is yours, so if a better AI service comes along we can swap that part out without rebuilding the whole thing, and if you stop working with us you keep everything.
We are not technical. Is that a problem?
No. Most of the businesses we help have nobody technical in the building. We explain things in plain terms, and you’ll never need to understand how it works to use it; that’s our job, not yours.
What if we spend the money and it doesn’t work?
Start small. A free conversation or a fixed-price hour tells you whether there’s anything worth doing, before you commit to a project. If we don’t think AI would help you, we’ll say so.
It can sort enquiries, read documents, check payments, answer customer questions and prepare next steps. We start with one repeated task, limit what it can access and keep a person in charge of important decisions.
Bring the task and we'll recommend the tool. We look at what the work involves, the information it would use and the decisions a person needs to keep, then name the one that fits.
ChatGPT helps when someone brings it a question. A connected AI assistant can also read approved files, complete agreed steps in your other software and return finished work for a person to check.
You get a written view of where AI could help, where it would add needless cost and which project is worth trying first. We examine repeated work, current tools, available data, risks and likely costs, then give you a practical recommendation.
Choose one narrow, repeated task whose output a person can check quickly. Sorting enquiries, drafting replies, reading documents or answering from approved content are sensible examples. Anything irreversible waits until the process has proved reliable with real work.
The first conversation is free and takes twenty minutes. If you want a prepared hour on one problem, with written notes and one clear recommendation afterwards, that's a Consultation at £250. Everything larger is quoted once we both understand what the work involves.
Yes. A separately paid Pilot Workflow covers one repeated task and one result you can measure. We agree its scope, safeguards, price and schedule before starting. You review working versions, then use the findings to decide whether to continue.
Usually. It can work with a website, inbox, document library, calendar, payments system or project tool when that service permits a secure connection. We check what's possible before recommending a project, so the result fits your team rather than creating another place to work.
It starts with a conversation, not a quote.
Bring one task that keeps coming back. We’ll tell you whether AI suits it, what it would take and what a person would still need to approve.

A Consultation
A prepared hour on one problem, followed by written notes and one clear recommendation. It’s yours to act on with us, with someone else, or on your own.
Ask for a ConsultationFor a larger AI project, we first agree what needs investigating. You receive a written recommendation and a quote for the stage we can define, with any remaining uncertainties explained. See how we work
- What does it cost to run?
- We estimate running costs for your project, including AI usage, hosting and any connected services, before you commit.
- What do we own at the end?
- The working system, its written instructions, the access and the handover notes.
Beyond that first hour, we’ll quote properly once we understand what you actually need, and we’ll stick to the figure we give you. That might be a written audit of where AI fits (an AI Audit, or a Site AI Audit if it’s one website), a pilot on one task, a tool in daily use, or a search tool over your own documents.
Bring us one task AI could handle.
In a free 20-minute conversation, we’ll discuss the likely value, cost and risks. If another approach fits better, we’ll explain why and suggest the right next step.
