The situation

What the client needed.

The partnership had gathered practical experience through work with councils, frontline workers and community groups across England and Wales. The partners wanted that learning to remain useful beyond the original programme, in a form other communities could draw on.

They supplied a substantial collection of subject material. Our work was to organise it for different audiences and turn it into a usable website and supporting visual content.

The work

What we delivered.

01

Identity and visual content

We created the brand, page designs, icons and illustrations, alongside information packs and two videos with animation and voiceover work.

02

A searchable resource library

Guidance, practitioner advice, case studies and downloadable packs were organised around the people who needed them.

03

A guided starting point

A short questionnaire recommended relevant resources and starter kits, helping visitors choose material for their own local activities.

04

An editable website

The team could maintain the collection, publish new content and keep the practical guidance available after launch.

The result

What it enabled.

Launched in 2016, the website gave councils, advisers and community groups access to materials they could use when planning their own fuel-poverty initiatives.

Householders could also find guidance on bills, debt, discounts and keeping warm. The resource remained available for several years, extending the useful life of the partnership’s work.

“I’m so glad we had Stuntrocket working on this with us. I don’t think it would have been possible otherwise.”

“Thank you everyone. Challenging from a technology point of view, but my stakeholders were really impressed.”
